We are constantly striving to enhance your shopping experience.
We deliver our gift boxes across the UAE, seven days a week, between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM. Standard delivery typically takes 1–3 working days, depending on order volume and courier schedules. We work with an independent delivery partner that operates on its own schedule. Once your gift box is ready for dispatch, the courier will contact the recipient directly to arrange delivery.
Please note that deliveries are not scheduled on Sundays.
Same-day delivery is available within Dubai for orders placed before 10:00 AM. We recommend checking available time slots with us in advance.
If you require delivery on a specific date, reach out to us via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Our couriers may make up to four attempts to contact you to schedule delivery. If delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts, your order may be cancelled. Cash-on-delivery orders incur a 10 AED surcharge.
General Delivery Conditions
Delivery timelines shown on the website or order confirmation are estimates. If an order remains undelivered within 30 days, we will issue a full refund. We are not liable for delivery failures beyond our control, or where you are unavailable to receive the order. Deliveries occur daily except UAE public holidays.
Address Changes & Tracking
Our Customer Care team can assist with delivery date or address changes unless your order has already been dispatched. Address changes to a different country are not possible.
