Welcome to atiyabox.ae! Please read these Terms of Sale carefully before placing an order. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Company Information

All products on the Site are sold by Atiya Box For Gift Wrapping Services.

2. Orders & Acceptance

  • Orders are accepted when we notify you in writing (email or SMS).
  • If we cannot fulfill your order, we will inform you promptly and no payment will be charged.
  • By placing an order, you authorize us or our third-party payment processor to process your payment via credit/debit card or cash on delivery.
  • We may create an account on your behalf with our payment processor to authorize payment.

3. User Accounts & Security

  • You must create a username and password to shop.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
  • Notify us immediately if your account credentials are compromised. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Product Information

  • We display product information in good faith, but do not guarantee accuracy or completeness.
  • Product images and descriptions are illustrative; actual items may vary slightly.
  • We may update, correct, or remove information at any time without notice.

5. Prices & Availability

  • Prices and product availability may change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or suspend products or services at any time.
  • Any pricing errors will be corrected, and affected orders may be canceled.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timeframes and shipping charges (if any) are provided during checkout.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery services.
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

  • You may cancel or change your order before shipment by emailing order@atiyabox.ae with your order number.
  • We may cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or other operational reasons and will notify you.
  • Refunds will be issued according to your original payment method:
    • Cash on Delivery: refunded to your bank account
    • Credit/Debit Card: refunded to your card
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

8. Returns & Exchanges

Non-returnable Products

You may not return products that:

  • Are hazardous, flammable, or consumable (food, beverages, hygiene items, etc.)
  • Have been used, damaged, or tampered with
  • Fall under specific categories: underwear,  digital goods, baby products, etc.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.

  • We collect personal and transaction data for processing orders and improving service.
  • Information includes: name, address, email, phone, payment details, and account information.
  • Data is stored securely and will not be shared with third parties for marketing.
